College has played a major role for my career development. Understanding how to talk to different people, how to judge their behaviour, thus helped me with important life skills. Teachers used to support me in all my studies and other co curricular activities. With my teachers and my college it would have been really hard to grow where I am today. The way our Principal Mam used to encourage us was very much useful to shape us for our career.

I would love to talk about my experience in the College of Computer Application for Women, the place which works for women empowerment and filled with energy and enthusiasm. This place taught me to face the world fearlessly and raised us with love. I have placed in Infosys and of course, all the credit goes to my faculty. The faculty in this college is top-notch and they conducted many workshops for us which helped me to improve my knowledge and skills. Also, they helped me to find out a better version of myself and boost my confidence. This place taught me not only to be financially independent but also to work for the community. I entered here empty-handed and left with lots of knowledge and some good friends who will stay with me throughout the rest of my life. I am grateful to my college and the faculty who put a lot of effort into their pupils.

College role in development- College helped us for the preparation of interview and in building technical skills. College arranged a training programme for interview which had been very useful for us. Teachers in our college were very helpful. They were always ready to clear our doubts. Our teachers made us ready in academic as well as in extra-curricular activities and gave a chance to be a part National Service Scheme. College had arranged 7 days camp of NSS in a village. Because of that, we understood that how to interact with people and how to do some social work. Being a part NSS we learnt so many things which will be useful in our life. College always gives a chance in cultural activities, sports etc. Because of that I was able to show my talent in carom and chess. The most important thing which college has taught us that is how to face any situation as being a girl.

I believe that education is not just about completing the syllabus/degree. The important purpose of education is to develop the student mentally, socially, culturally and academically, thats what the college did for me. The teaching and non teaching staff supported me in each and every difficulty of mine, not only in academics but also at personal level. The college gave me the platform to understand my strengths and weaknesses. The teachers gave me the courage that every teenager needs at that age of life. Teaching, non teaching staff was the one who never put anyone down. It played an important role in uplifting the personalities of students, not only for me but for every student. For them we all are equal and there I learnt the meaning of equality. The memories of college life I have will stay with me throughout my life and enlighten my life saying "Beta Kabil bano tabhi tum kamayab banoge"
